Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone in our classes:
Cancellations
In the event an instructor is unavailable due to illness or if there is inclement weather, class may be cancelled. While we will do our best to reschedule, please note that rescheduling is dependent on facility availability and may not be guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds once the first class has been attended. Additionally, refunds will not be provided for materials or the one-time registration fee. We appreciate your understanding as these policies help us maintain the best experience for all participants.
Make-Ups
Due to limited class availability and our goal to provide the best experience for all families, we do not offer make-up sessions at this time. However, your child can still benefit from the program outside of class! We encourage you to use our provided resources, like the Music Together® app, to continue enjoying music at home.
We appreciate your understanding and commitment to attending your scheduled classes.
Photo/Video Consent
By registering for our classes, you agree that photos and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes, including use on social media and our website. If you prefer your child not be photographed, please let us know.
We also ask that any photos or videos taken by parents remain for personal use only and that permission is obtained before sharing images of other children.
No Food/Drink in Class
To ensure a safe and focused environment for all children, we kindly ask that no food or drink be brought into class.
This helps minimize the risk for children with allergies, keeps the space clean, and reduces distractions, allowing everyone to fully enjoy the music and movement experience.
